The oven is crooked. No matter what I tried to do it is does not stand eve. The food cooks unevenly. I am really disappointed with this item.

Liked my old GE microwave, not this one

It starts with a roar and gets a little quieter in a couple seconds. Opening the door is also noisy and painful for me to push hard enough. I would have returned it but it is too heavy for me to get in the car.

They break constantly. Either buy the 4 year Geek Squad protection or purchase a better product. These are not made to last.

Posted .We're so sorry that your microwave is making loud humming sound while it's running. This would be bothersome, we know. It's normal to hear a dull thumping sound or hum while cooking at power levels other than high. When using a power level other than HIGH or 10, the magnetron tube cycles on and off to obtain the lower power. This cycling of the magnetron tube causes this dull thumping, pulsating, or humming noise. We hope this is insightful. If you need anything in the future, please reach back out.
