    This very bad product. It did not even work at all a when we plugged in did not work I thought the outlet wasn’t working it was the microwave, had to buy another one.

    Only worked about a week started making loud humming sound during first minute of use no matter how long it was turned on then noise would stop. Took back.

    For what I paid it's a waste. You have to heat your food more than once for it to heat up properly. Maybe I got a refurbished one I don't know.

    Ths machine has made thumpiong like sounds and has tripped the breaker several times. Also the carusel dish becomes displaced during regular use.

    Very nice design with stainless all around, perfect size and wattage for the things we do, reasonable price and made in the USA. Reading the direction is always a good idea. One tiny improvement .. back light the key pad or just make the font a little bolder.

    First thing it was loud - like annoyingly loud. Second it grinds when the motor turned. And third the seal on the door wasn’t even solidly attached. Poor craftsmanship - returned

    after 6 months, it just stops working. useless. and I buy a 2-year protection plan. useless too. very disappointing. Next year Thanksgiving I should stop buying from best buy.

    Works fine, dimensions in product details accurate and intuitive enough to use without a lot of spin up. Interior quality and sound insulation could be better.
