IT WAS NOT CHEAP FOR A MICROWAVE, SO I CALLED AND WAS TOLD IT WAS PAST MY RETURN POLICY TIME. I CALLED WITHIN A WEEK OF SETTING IT UP, BUT APPARENTLY THE SHIPPING TIME IS INCLUDED IN THE RETURN PERIOD. I DIDNT GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY BECAUSE I WANTED TO GET ONE IN PERSON AT THE STORE, TOO LATE. LESSON LEARNED, UNTIL THIS YEAR I WAS A ELITE MEMBER BEFORE THIS YEAR, SO I THOUGHT I HAD EXTRA TIME. LESSON LEARNED, NEED TO FIND A NEW APPLIANCE STORE.

The GE emblem looks like it was glued on by a 4th grader and the glass tray it comes with does not sit flat. I had a GE profile prior to this one for 15 years until it quit working and it was much better from a fit and finish perspective. There are microwaves with better options for less, if you buying for the appearance look elsewhere.
