The installers when they came out clearly saw that the trim kit did not fit and should have advised me prior to installing and allowed me to decide my options. The installers were already significantly late. I have reported all of my issues to Best Buy multiple times in the store as well on the phone, but to this date, I still haven't gotten an answer back on some of the final questions I have on the final install of the final product we received that was also installed late due to the delivery guy not showing up on the day he promised. In addition, when I returned it to the store, the store clerk returned incorrectly, so the next day the manager had to correct the issue. Which just made it more confusing for me to try to determine if I was correctly charged in the end on all of my purchases due to how long it took to receive credit on all of the returns and problems.

Product is poor fit and feel very cheaply made don’t buy it tried retuning it they would not take it back

The microwave looks good from a distance, but up close it’s clear that it is cheaply made.

Needed to replace existing above counter microwave. Nice improvements in this version of the GE.

Good, small microwave. Feels a little underpowered, but does the job. Quieter than the previous version. Bought again because we already had the trim kit.

I've had it for a couple of months. I got it to replace an earlier model that lasted 27 years and also because it fits the same space. It is compact and not very powerful, but I mostly use it for reheating food, so it works for me. I hope it lasts as long as the previous one.

This GE microwave is more expensive than most microwave ovens but is the only full size unit that would fit in our cabinet space. It replaces one we had for about 15 years which we were pretty happy with so we just bought it again. Best Buy was also the only local store that had it immediately available, and the price was similar to others we would’ve had to wait a week for.

So far so good. Need this particular unit to fit into the existing cabinet space. Expensive compare to other brand and model.

I just received this new microwave as a replacement for my previous spacemaker. I was concerned that it wouldn’t fit in the space that the old microwave that 23 7/8 wide… but I was able to slide this one in easily. Very please about that. The only thing that is a change to this microwave that I see at present time is that the glass that rotates when the microwave is running is a tad smaller. It does appear that the previous glass plate will still fit inside and I kept it as a back up. The other issue which I do find annoying is that it is very difficult to read the touch panel on the right side…. Would be significantly better if that lit up or had lighter contrasting print so as to be able to read it without a flashlight,

This is the only microwave on the market that can fit on a shelf between cabinets for a built-in look. When we remodeled our kitchen this fit perfectly and worked fine. It is a little low on power, but we compensated. However, it has failed again. This is the 3rd time this microwave has failed and needed to be replaced. The first time several years ago was under warranty. I had almost forgotten. A few years later it failed again with the keypad not responding. We liked the look and replaced it again 4 years ago. And, now it barely heats. A 6oz cup of water might take 6 minutes or more to get it hot enough to drink, vs 2 at the most when new. The magnetron is clearly failing/failed and the repair cost exceeds the cost of purchasing a new microwave We like the look and the fit, but there is no way I can justify spending over $400 for another one that will likely fail in a few years as well.

Best Buy's price & availability was as good as anybody's & I could pick it up at the store which is close by. The GE profile microwave is very overpriced but I had to get it because it fit the space where the previous one was (it lasted 9 years, same as the one before it).

This replaces our older version GE Profile, almost the same, but with a nice updated front, door locking seems a little clunky, control panel a bit harder to see than the old one, illuminated keys would be nice.

It is a direct replacement for our old 24 inch under the cabinet microwave. The old one was here when we moved in and was quite old. It worked well but showed its age. I was able to use the old mounting hardware and there were no issues removing and replacing the old one. It looks and works very well and we have enough space to cook what we want in it.

I love that microwave. The only one that fits in our kitchen cubby. I just wish it was more powerful but otherwise perfect.
