With only 800 watts , it take a while for your food to get hot. I don't use it for cooking much .It is satisfactory for my use. The older model I had ,seem to work better.

I needed this microwave for the very specific size we had, to replace a previous Spacemaker II microwave. For that purpose, it works. It's a fairly small microwave inside, and I'm not a big fan of the huge GE logo on the front. But it works. However, it is very expensive for what it is (it should be a $200 microwave), so only recommend it if you have specific space constraints.

needed this microwave to replace one that quit. Best Buy staff were terrific in locating it so we didn't have to re-do the carpentry work housing it. Microwave is low power but fits!

Fit the existing location , had to order the trim kit from amazon . But turn out as expected. your sales rep was helpful . Thank you !

We purchased this microwave to replace one that has been in use over 20 years now. The reason for this particular microwave is that all of our appliances are the GE Profile line and we needed the microwave to fit into the built in space where the old one was. Right out of the box, the button to open the door did not work. Even after exercising it many times, it did not make any difference. My husband ultimately put in small bumper pads at the top of the door which allowed the mechanism to operate. A second item of note is that the pre-programmed buttons don't seem to work very well. The popcorn setting in particular doesn't sense the steam and burns the popcorn. Our complaint is simple... why change from the old design, when it just worked? We changed out as many parts as we could to keep our old one going and at some point the parts were outpricing a new model but it's disappointing that the new model is not as good as the old. We still have a short window in which to decide if it needs to go back, so we will be making a decision soon.

It's just what we needed, fits the space perfectly, its quiet and gets the job done.

It was time to replace our old one from when we remodeled the kitchen. Trying to get one as close to that, this GE profile series is the best. I had to learn where the functions were again but it works perfect for our needs and looks great too..

We were looking for a sleek microwave for what seemed like ages that would fit our box space for the microwave. Lo and behold we tried out this model and it works and fits perfectly! It's pretty quiet and looks great with our stainless kitchen.

Great size to fit in standard 12 inch depth cabinets. Looks good in stainless steel. Fits a ~10 inch plate. Dont expect to heat a whole chicken. But leftovers works great!

The microwave is quite shallow. It's just deep enough to accommodate the turntable. It's only 800 watts. Unfortunately for me, this is the only model that will fit my cabinet. I think GE knows this and has priced it far higher than it should be. My last microwave lasted 23 years. I hope this one is built to last.

Terribly overpriced microwave. Build quality is mediocre. Max power is only 800 watts. However, this is the only oven that fits an existing niche in the kitchen.

I was replacing an under-the-cabinet GE microwave and this is the only model that fit the space. It is a little pricey but not much choice as it is the only replacement that fit the space. Had to purchase new hanging hardware as the old ones did not perfectly fit the new model.

Ok microwave. Not a lot of power. It’s the only microwave out there that would now fit in my cabinet. I bought the smaller trim kit with it but it’s not the greatest fit- not like the earlier model.iuse my microwave mostly for rewarding so I guess it will have to do.

Decent microwave, but underpowered for what they cost. Sadly I have an enclosed cabinet space made to fit previous versions of this model... so this was my only option. The most annoying feature of this latest model is when you set the timer and it tells you the time is up it only beeps once instead of continued beeping. Totally worthless.

This is easily the worst purchase that we have ever made! We purchased this microwave to fill in a space to appear customized as a built in. It is the most useless piece of equipment on the planet. It cannot even pop mini bags of popcorn. You have to heat room temperature food up for a minimum of 3 minutes. Also, to make things worse, it is more expensive than more powerful and useful microwaves on the market. GE is exploiting the customer with this one. It is also devastating that these companies make it so hard for consumers to return these useless products. Run! Run far away!

Only one that fits our opening! Used the previous model for 23 years with the exception of an over the range Kitchen Aid ($800 cost) that broke twice in 1 yr & 1 month (1 month after the warranty expired).

needed to replace 18 year old GE microwave and this was the only one that would fit in the same built-in, under the cabinet space. door kind of loud when closing, but everything else works fine and looks great.

Bought this open box from Bestbuy. I can't complain about it. It's hard to find a microwave this size and decent cubic ft. It does seem to take longer to cook items though than my previous microwave.

I needed to replace my previous GE Profile 1.1 microwave due to paint flaking off inside the compartment. This is the only microwave on the market that fits the deminsions of the cabinet that houses the microwave. It works as expected.

Perfect size for on the counter convenience! No reaching up with heavy casseroles above your stovetop anymore! Many options for cooking and defrosting and reheating your favorite leftovers! The dish is turning inside while cooking for even heating. Very nice!
