Nice product. Fits well as a built in microwave and still big enough for large plate/bowl.

My old GE Profile SpaceMaker microwave oven finally gave out after a decade of regular use. I bought this model to replace the old one. It’s a great update to he older version that had fewer control options and no turntable. I like the updated sensor cooking. My only issue was that the under cabinet mounting holes did line up with the decade older version which forced me to drill new holes in the bottom of the cabinet and the old mounting hardware that I was able to reuse.

It is a nice functional Microwave. It is smaller than the one I had for years but sizes change over time and this is the largest one I could get for the space.

Microwave works as it should so far without issue. For a "direct replacement" though, it's dimensions are not exactly that of its predecessor, thereby requiring a new trim kit. For a model that is built-in, it is only half the equation. For another $200 and lengthy backorder times, it might be worth looking at a different product.

We just downsized to a smaller home, there was no cabinet above the built in stove so we could not get an over the range microwave. We also did not want to take up valuable counter space with a counter top microwave. We purchased this low profile under the cabinet microwave which is 24" long and attaches to the underside. Perfect for what we needed, and enough space inside just like most larger microwaves. Had it installed by Best Buy. Hassle Free.

Seemingly hasn’t changed in twenty years….which on one hand was great in that it fit the built in space but price has gone up, weighs a lot less (more plastic) and really doesn’t do anything new or better than the one that died. If you are not constrained by space there are microwaves with more features, more interior space for less money.

Really liked the Microwave, updated design. Glass tray is smaller as new door design protrudes into the interior. Need this low profile as hangs under kitchen cabinet. Two months into purchase was reheating food and then microwave went dark/no power. Looking to return to Best Buy for replacement.

Great deal. Microwave was an open box purchase - the microwave is slim so it does not take a lot of space on my counter - but large on the inside for warming up bigger items. Very spacious without taking up too much space.

We needed a smaller profile microwave to fit within a cabinet. This microwave fit perfectly while still allowing for us to have a larger capacity microwave.

This microwave was the only one I could get to fit into the cabinet. It work's quite different from my old Profile which I like a lot better.

We had to replace a 2005 version of this GE Profile, under- the- counter microwave oven. While we like the microwave, the installation took much longer than anticipated due to slight changes in the mounting lay-out. It is not a cheap microwave, and we hope it has the same longevity as the last one.

Sleek and yet plenty of options and powerful. A decoration for counter top.

This is a nice little microwave. We have the same model in our other kitchen and it's been flawless for years.

Felt like it was a little pricey. Happy with the performance overall. Looks good and runs quietly.

I bought this microwave to replace an older GE Model that was installed underneath my cabinet and it fits perfectly. As other reviewers noted, they did change the location of the mounting screws, but all it took was a quick trip to home depot to find some new mounting hardware for a few dollar to get the job done. It's so quiet I can barely notice that it's running and it is quite spacious inside, despite being only cabinet depth. A great option for anyone who wants to save counter-space and doesn't have enough room for an over-the-stove microwave. Also, the slate color blends nicely with all my new Black Stainless appliances.

Heats food perfectly. It seems like heating on beverage takes longer than normal. Looks awesome!

We purchased this unit to replace our old Spacesaver model. We use it for reheating only as we also have a Advantium unit. The PEM31SFSS slid right in the cabinet space of the old unit and looks a lot better. This compact microwave is the perfect size for what we need it for - reheating.
