Our last GE was operational for 23 years! This one looks and works great too! I'm totally satisfied with one exception: the child door lock is an add on that we don't really need. Nevertheless, it's pretty easy to dismantle! For the price, the size and options are excellent!

OK, it has been 2 months since we purchased this microwave. The LG we had (which we liked) bit the dust and we needed a new one. After doing extensive research we found this GE model. After 2 months of use we are very pleased with the GE microwave. It has met all of our needs. The keypad is great and it has all the features we wanted. The interior lights up when the door is opened and also while food is being cooked. The popcorn button works well for the brand of popcorn we use. The timed cook function works great as do the programmed cook keys. The only problem we had early on was the unit would slide when opening or closing the door. We solved this by placing a 2 inch wide strip of wood behind it (between it and the counter top back splash) - problem solved. Maybe they can change the feet to something that grips better, don't know.

This microwave is powerful, solidly constructed and great at what it is designed to do - heat or reheat food quickly and as evenly as possible. Having a white or black choice helps it blend into your kitchen decor as well

I bought this microwave in "Open-Box Excellent" condition. It was not in excellent condition as the interior spinner that goes underneath the plate was broken into three pieces. Thankfully I was just upgrading an old microwave that was basically the same thing, just 10 years older, and I was able to use the part from my old microwave. Otherwise is a great size for a countertop microwave.

Great microwave and great size for average user plenty of power.

It's a lot bigger than my last microwave. The biggest problem is that the plug casing is a lot bigger too and I couldn't plug it into the same outlet I had it in. I had to buy a multi plug extension so I could plug my refrigerator and the new microwave in. I've only used it once so far for tea but I don't forsee any problems especially for the money.

Bought this one because GE has a good reputation. It is the perfect size for our needs. It is big enough to hold large dishes. Don't use a lot of the express buttons, I like to set my own time for cooking. It has cooked everything perfectly. I would buy this same one again.

We needed to replace a microwave at our lake cabin. We wanted the color to be white and needed to fit in the space were our old one was located. This 1.4 cubic inch white unit was exactly what we wanted. It has worked exactly as we hoped it would.

Perfect size, quite, easy to use,reheat fxn great, warm coffee perfect. Only bad thing if you put food in to start later you MUST open the door again or it thinks there is no food and will not start. Good safety feature but took me a bit to figure that out.

This is the best microwave I have ever had. Fits perfectly where I have it and never have any problems. Delivery was quicker than they said. Great on part of best buy.

Purchased a GE microwave 2 years ago and loved the size, power, looks but it only lasted 2 years. Purchased another online and the first one we received didn't work, replacement one worked 3 days, returned it for full refund. Door would not close properly, seemed flimsy. Bought a different brand that was much heavier.

I recently had to purchase this GE microwave after my old one finally broke down. Actually, my old microwave oven was the same GE make and model but in black. I had purchased my old one from Best Buy several years ago and got a lot of use out of it. When it stopped working, I found that Best Buy still carried the same one but this time I purchased the white microwave as to match the rest of my kitchen appliances. GE never fails me as this model is the perfect size. Not to small and not to big for the job. The power cooks and heats up food fast while using the glass revolving plate inside to cook food evenly. I strongly recommend this microwave to anyone who is looking to invest their money into an appliance that will last for a long time. It won’t disappoint you!

I had a hard time finding an all white microwave in the size and price that I wanted. The one I found is fine. It does the job it was intended to do. Nothing fancy. Wish door opened wider and was flush when it closed. Otherwise, satisfied with micro; color, size, price and performance.

I like the settings on the microwave. I haven’t looked at the book, but I thought I got 1000 or 1100 watts, but it seems to take longer then my last microwave. The door is what I do not like. You have to lift up on the door a little to close it. Should just be able to push it.

I bought this for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. She has 3 children and it is easy for them to use to fix a quick snack but is also big enough that my daughter can fix or warm up stuff for bigger meals.
