It's just a matter of figuring out how they work. I'm enjoying the size inside and how well foods come out.

I did get the two year protection plan just in case. For the money I think it was a very good deal. It does everything I need it to do.

However, it does the job of getting your food piping hot, in one minute.

The first unit we ordered came and evidently was either damaged in transit or was defective. It appeared the exhaust fan died within the first two, brief, uses and then the unit kept filling with steam on use. But Best Buy was great and exchanged the unit without any hassle and this unit has been working like a charm for a couple weeks now.
