This oven does everything we need for the family. Really like it a lot and it fit perfectly in the space we have. I would buy another GE product .... very happy with this.

Doesn’t take up too much space, a full dinner plate fits inside just fine, and it looks good on my counter. You may need to microwave whatever you’re reheating or making a few seconds longer than you would a more powerful microwave but how hard is that?? I’d buy this again in a heartbeat.

It takes over the counter where it's spaced, but it works very well. Good value. I only wish it had more sensor cooking options.

So glad I chose this microwave specifically vs the 30 other options. Food is heated quickly and the ease of the functions is so simple.

We really like this microwave. I’m so glad I got rid of the LG and came back to GE. Sensor works, everything is pretty intuitive. You do have to press “cook time” before you type in your time, which has taken a bit to get used to. (The first 6 number keys are auto-start). The only irritating thing is that if you open the door before the time is up, the microwave doesn’t revert back to the time. i.e... husband hits the 1-minute key, takes cat food out after 15 seconds, next morning I get up and the microwave is still sitting at :45. And, honestly, if that’s the worst thing, it’s a pretty good appliance :)

pretty good for the value. Replaced this with the smaller one we had. Love how spacious it is and heats up food very quickly.

Unfortunately my daughter's microwave finally gave up the ghost but it was almost 30yrs old. She was sentimentally attached to it since it was the only one she ever new but that attachment went right out the window when I installed this GE model and suddenly the popcorn that would kind of pop and leave half kernels in the bag suddenly popped over 95% of it and was hot and fresh and crispy. Easy to use and much more powerful and smaller than the older one at a fraction of the price.

Purchased this microwave a month ago. It’s quiet, heats food very quickly and very happy the purchase. It works great and would recommend to anyone.

I am happy with this replacement GE Microwave 1.6 cft model. I think it might have be bigger than my older Panasonic model... I am limited so far to its possibilities. I am just reheating or cooking simple heating vegetables, take out etc - so far... The space inside is good and it is pretty simple so far...

This is a great microwave. It heats the food evenly and has many of the features larger and more expensive ones have. It's the perfect size for what we do.

This microwave is a winner. It has all the right buttons and they are intuitive to use. It's very good looking as well and matches our other black appliances.

I like the design of GE microwave ovens. I'm disappointed with almost every use of this one that it's over 1000 watts. Most frozen foods I buy give 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 minutes on High as the cooking instruction. That extra 150 watts prevents me from being able to use those wonderful Express Coo keys (1 through 6). I'm forced to use Cook Time and Power Level settings (a real guessing game) for everything. I haven't seen any recipes requiring an 1150 watt oven. *****The next model needs to include a button which modifies the setting for 1000 watt instructions. I e. press "1" and "1000" to use Express Cook buttons with 1000 watt recipes.

It's the perfect size for us and seems to work so much better than our old one. Bonus: It makes popcorn perfectly. The bag is bursting without all the unpopped kernels!

Heats fast and good all over. If you heat something in it and leave in, and then try to press for more time, it will not take it, you have to open the door and close to heat some more. I do not like that. I wish the whole thing was black stainless steel too, and not just the front cover area.

Not only that it is a perfect match for my Kitchen, the decent size microwave does the job. One touch 30 sec. function works perfectly. There is only one thing I noticed that may need improvement. When I am heating up a small bowl of oatmeal the glass platter inside makes some sort of sliding noise when the spinning stops. Not sure exactly what it is. More of a slight annoyance but not a real biggie.

Easy to install, easy to use, works great. Fits in the spot we have in an older home. Looks good.

This is the first actual microwave I’ve ever purchased. All my other ones had been gifted to me with slight flaws, but they worked well. But this microwave is amazing! We have a big family and I needed something I could fit two bowls of oatmeal in, and this definitely accommodates that need! The fan isn’t any louder than any other, smaller microwave I’ve owned. One of the features I really like is that when it’s done cooking or defrosting or whatever, it beeps until you acknowledge the beep. I think the function buttons work great, I’ve never had a popcorn button that actually popped the bag without burning it or me having to stop it before the time was up, but with this microwave, I just throw the bag in and walk away. It has a sensor for reheating foods and cooking veggies which saves it from being overdone. If/when this microwave kicks the bucket, I’ll definitely be purchasing another.

There's not a lot to say about this microwave. It will hold very large dishes and its 1250 watts makes for very quick and even cooking. It's a good value for the money.

This is the best microwave I’ve owned! I love the sensor that beeps when food is left in it for a while. It’s a beautiful addition to our stainless steel appliances. You won’t regret this purchase.
