I purchased this item from Best Buy less than a month ago and this morning, the heating element burnt out and stopped working. Horrendous customer service from Best Buy as they said it was outside of the 15-day return window and my only chance to get my money back was to call GE. I will no longer buy GE microwaves but more importantly, I no longer will buy appliances from Best Buy.

This microwave is the perfect size for my countertop. It's powerful for it's size and cooks very fast. It was a good value and I'm glad that I bought to replace my old, worn out one, which was very big and under-powered.

This GE 1.6 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave was just the right fit for us. Initially, I purchased a larger microwave that I had to return. It was just too big for the space! But this 1.6 Microwave with Sensor cooking is Amazing. The sensor helps us know when the food is ready, and it has a safety lock to keep you from grabbing food that may be too hot. It is very easy to use.

I had this model microwave before and I wanted the same when I needed to replace the old one. To my surprise I found the exact same one with an added safetylock protection on the door! Happy lady here!!

I like the microwave - good size, works well, hate the child lock. We're retired. I don't need a child lock. There is some process for removing it - need to get the instructions back out. It's fine. It's a microwave. The pick up process was a giant nightmare, but that's pretty Best Buy typical.

We love this microwave oven and recommend it highly.

This is a very nice microwave. It is powerful and simple to use. It is a good value for the money and spacious for your food. The only issue I have with the microwave is that I am unable to silent the beeping when pushing the buttons or when it stops cooking.

Powerful microwave. Plenty of features and also has a child lock to prevent children from opening. This feature can be disabled or enabled easily. Highly recommend

The GE - 1.6 Cuft. Countertop Microwave does a good job cooking foods such as potatoes or warming previously prepared meals. Spills on the bottom or splashes on the sides or top of the oven can be wiped up with a damp cloth. Cooking operation and troubleshooting tips for the oven are easy to follow.

Perfect replacement for my old microwave. Large inside compartment, all the controls and features I needed. Easy to set up and use. Highly recommend.

This microwave is great. The heating is even and there are many features. I love the way it looks and the ease of use.

I replaced my countertop toaster oven with this microwave and am thrilled by the increase versatility. This unit is easy to use, simple to operate, and cooks and heats to perfection.

Looks great, and price was good. Stainless steel and does the job. It has a safety feature on it that requires you to hit the cancel button after the food is done to remove it or it stays locked. That is my only complaint about it. Otherwise would purchase again.

Our last microwave broke and we finally gave in and bought a new one. This one has been great, it works really well, fits the space i had on my counter and warms up food quickly. I've not had any issues with it.

bought this for my father, he wanted a microwave with a larger interior than the one he had. He loves it, fits everything he wants in to cook, easy to use.
