Phone support is insanely poor. I forgot to get extended warranty and now dead in the water. Overheats and shuts off, My guess is internal fan never worked, it was always steamy inside. Price was great and it is true, you get what you pay for. Elite Plus did nothing for warranty. I will call local store and see if anything can be done.

I have the previous model which i absolutely loved. I replaced it after many, many years with this model. Never worked properly. couldn't cook anything over 3 minutes as it would smoke and turn off. It made a loud cranking noise almost every time you went to use it. Now, less that 2 years after use, it no longer will heat regardless of the setting you choose. Either i got a lemon or this model is not worth your time. Nothing but problems for me.
