The door plastic feet were installed but the whole microwave did not stand evenly on my counter. It wobbled back and forth. I wasn't going to return it for this but I also noticed that something was a little loose inside. I turned it on with a microwave safe bowl of water and it sparked and after 4 seconds made a loud pop and died. I purchased this brand even though it was more expensive hoping for higher quality, but that was definitely not the case. Returned immediately.

Considering average life of a microwave is 7-8 years, less than 2 is unacceptable. Gave it 2 stars ONLY because it worked well - for the less than 2 years.

Overheats, doesn't work

Unfortunately this microwave overheats very quickly tripping the thermal fuse and shutting off all power to the unit (within 5 minutes). The fan doesn't come on at all while cooking. After just about 2 minutes the side and top of the microwave are very hot to the point of burning when touched. Very disappointed because this microwave has a great look. I will be returning this and going for a different brand.
