This microwave is small but powerful. We are very happy with everything it does.

Heats everything evenly boils water fast to make ice tea,looks good,easy to clean,overall I would buy it again

The features are good - sensor cooking may be alright. I like the beverage option- evenly heated the liquid. Bought this in October 2022. Turntable started making noise around December. Microwave completely stopped, doesn’t even power up, by Jan 2023 end. Unbelievable how short the product lifespan was considering this is a GE appliance. Given our microwave use is quite heavy- about 10-15 times a day, I have used other competitive products and never had this happen.

Great for large dishes that are microwave, but could be cumbersome.

Microwave works as expected. It cooks well and reheats perfectly. Popcorn pops and has very few in popped cornels.

We bought this unit in August after seeing the positive reviews. Unfortunately the unit started acting up only a few months later, and eventually broke. GE sent a repairman out to our home and he found that the fan in the rear wasn't spinning due to being stuck on another component. This eventually overheated the magnetron and caused the unit to not be able to heat things up. He tried to order replacement parts but apparently there are none available. Contacted GE customer support only to be told that they would send me a goodwill certificate that would allow me to purchase a new unit. Disappointed that a name brand unit such as this would have such a terrible manufacturing defect. Equally disappointed in the fact that a large manufacturer like GE wouldn't have a part available for their techs to repair units. We're not allowed to buy the new unit until they process the certificate, which leaves me the choice of either being without a microwave for a month, or shell out my own cash and risk not being reimbursed.

Good high power microwave, plus easy to keep clean

Had to return the first one due to a noisy fan on day 1. Second one is good. Just an average microwave. It could have a better light and the option to turn the sound off at the end of cooking. Keypad is hard to see. Over all it cooks well.
