    Needs more power . Hot air comes from bottom.make sure it's on a surface that the heat won't damage.

    It doesn't heat as well as I think it should. It heats unevenly. Some spots are hot and others aren't nearly as warm/

    I loved the look and price of this product. However, in the first few days I had it, I cooked a large baked potato in it, and it burned up the potato and set the paper plate that it was sitting on, on fire! Now it still has the aroma of burned paper when i open it up. I've done everything I can think of to clean it. Anyway, the experience was unsettling, and I feel like I can't leave the room when it's in use now - which is kind of a bummer.
