    Nice looking microwave oven, was happy with it at first. It just did not last long. We had a Sharp Carosel for over 10 years and its still working, but it was time to upgrade. So we purchased the GE microwave but 16 months later the control board went out. For the price of the control board and labor, its not worth fixing. We will buy another microwave oven, just not a GE.

    I purchased this on 8/2022 and on thanksgiving this microwave caught on fire inside under the metal side panel while heating up corn in a glass bowl and of course there is only exactly a 1 year warranty on it this is sad I almost lost my whole house due to the microwave!!! It worked great up until this happened!

    Nothing terribly wrong, just a basic microwave. Not too quiet, buttons are a bit hard to read and it shows the least little smudge.

    The glass door fogged up after the 4th or 5th run. I was going to return it,but the manual says that this is normal. It is not a very good operation. The sales folks should be aware of this problem and warn the consumer (me) about the problem. I would not have bought the microwave if I had known about the problem in advance. Poor customer relations.

    Only lasted 15 months and we only use it 2 times a week stopped working will not heat thought was on child lock but it wasn't. Unplugged to see if wire issue but it won't even tell me what is wrongto try and address an issue

    PF - Power failure code on 2 brand new microwaves!

    Had 2 PF - Power failure codes on 2 brand new microwaves! Utter junk. 1st microwave gave a PF code after 10 days of use. Burning smell came, prob magnometer. Returned it to Best Buy because it was within 14 days (too short a period). Got an exchange. Plugged in 2nd Brand new microwave. PF code displayed upon plugging it in. Tried 3 outlets - 3 PF codes. Why would a company sell microwaves that give error codes within 10 days and then on first use? Is that a good customer experience, lol! Gheesh! Returning 2nd one and staying away from Best Buy and GE from now on. Walmart, here I come....

    Item was delivered with multiple parts damaged. This item was a gift and the damage wasn’t noticed until opening literally 1 day after the return period. Attempts to work with Best Buy for a positive resolution was sadly not successful and with little concern. After decades as a valued customer we were disappointed and will seek future items elsewhere.

    Motor making noise right out of box.

    Purchased it as a replacement for our 15+ year microwave (that still worked...not sure why we replaced) anyway right out of box... motor made noise when done cooking (stopping spinning made a noise like a card was stuck in the spokes of your bike).... now (about 3 weeks since we set it up) the open door button doesnt really work... have to press extra hard when it reaches the back of button press. Since we just set this up about 3 weeks ago but bought it before Christmas I am no longer able to return it.... I thought I had more time 1 star isnt for my lack of being able to return but for issue with fan and button being cheap.

    Bought this for the large cubic foot size September of 2022. Lasted one whole year and caught on fire the day after Thanksgiving 2023.
