Good quality for a stand alone piece. Easy to use, buttons are well placed.

Love the size. Perfect for a family of 4. Easy for my 7 year old to use.

This microwave is a big disappointment. The turntable gets unbalanced at the slightest touch so you have to stop & jiggle it around & start again. The light inside is so dim you can't see what's inside.

Good microwave, first one burned out - called GE and they replaced it. Second one is working great.

The first one I received was damaged, it didn't want to sit level. We sent it back and received the new one. Yay we were excited it sat level. I made a bag of frozen veggies and the microwave over heated and stopped working, all lights out. After a few minutes the power came back on and we thought, oh great a safety feature. Last night i used it to heat a bag of frozen veggies and it shut down again. My husband felt the outside of the unit, on the top the outside was too hot to keep your hand on it. Today it was packed up and returned to Best Buy. We reordered it a 3rd time. Will not order a 4th time if this does not work out. The slate black color is wonderful.

So disappointed with this. It went out the week after I got it but due to covid etc was not able to get back to the store. It gets very hot and stops working all the time. The store won’t take it back either. Would not recommend.

This kitchen microwave works well and easy buttons

This microwave stopped working yesterday on October 9th exactly 1 year and 2 weeks after purchase. Warranty is for 1 year. Great job GE. You've perfected the lifespan of your parts to break right on cue. I wont be buying any more GE products.

Microwave worked great. We had it for 13 months. Warranty expired after a year. We didnt get extended warranty because it was open box item. It started beeping for no reason, lights wouldnt come on and now no power at all. Was told i could get someone to come look at it for $100 but brand new one is going for $150/i paid $190. If they cant fix it im out more money in a year. Complete waste of money

Larger than expected. Measure your counter space before you purchase.

The keypad is more difficult to activate than it should be. It usually took two for a button to work.

Good oven for what I needed it for. Price was good also.

This microwave is very powerful and super easy to use

I bought this as a replacement for another GE microwave. I should have taken it back since it made noise from day one. So tonight it stopped working for good. It lasted a total of 72 days. There was a time when you bought a GE product you could expect quality but not anymore. To make matters worse Best Buy would only take it back till September 9. No more GE or Best Buy.

Works great and a perfect fit, just what we needed!

It takes longer then my last one to cook but its great for heating water up.

SADLY I am very disappointed in this model of microwave. I am on my 3rd one since I bought the 1st one in February. it worked great for about 2 weeks and then it started rumbling and popping very loudly. With research I found out that the turntable motor is defective. I think GE would want to recall these models.

We got this GE Microwave in early 2019 and it worked well for a while. By mid July 2020, it suddenly started sparking and making noise from the microwave tube area. GE would not cover it and offered me to get a new one at a discount, but the price was no better than Best Buy was selling it at. I am not sure I would buy another GE.

Very good microwave to used very good products to used

The microwave came dented at the side but since my husband threw away the box before we noticed the dent, we did not bring it back. It works ok, but let's see if it will continue to work ok.
