cooks very fast, a little intimating to use at first but I like it once I got used to it, our previous one died (another brand) so this has been a great replacement choice including the color

Very nice size microwave for this price. Its a little larger than the cheaper ones but does the job well.

We had the previous few generation version of this microwave and really liked it. It is easy to use and work and the size is perfect.

Perfect countertop microwave for our kitchen. Simple to operate; does what it’s supposed to do.

So far the microwave seems to be functioning as expected. The operation is a little different than my previous Whirlpool microwave, so I've had to adjust how I use this one. Now, i have to first punch the time setting button before adding the number of seconds. If I just hit a number it goes right into minutes instead of seconds. Also, this is supposed to have a cooking sensor which apparently doesn't work on liquids as the coffee I am warming up has boiled over on a number of occasions.

Good microwave. Works good and heats up food nicely. Some of the key pad buttons are wearing out though. But that is the only thing bad about it that I can think of. Gets the job done.

A very good quality microwave but after having had my other one for such a long time, I wasn't prepared for the rapid cook time that 1150 watts delivers. A bag of popcorn used to take 4:20, I reduced that down to 2:45 and it was still too long. I only had my new unit for a couple weeks before I badly burned a bag of popcorn and the nasty smoke turned my crisp, clean, white interior to a dull beige. I've been scrubbing, microwaving both vinegar and lemons in water, and even using purse acetone. I don't think I'll ever get it back to the original color. Grrrr! But, hey - that was my fault. This is a very effective microwave and worth the purchase price. Just be careful on your timing.

A very easy yo use microwave and everything heats up evenly

This microwave is the updated model of one I have had for years and is now going to my granddaughter, because it is still working great. I just needed one in Slate, to match my new appliances.

all in my family have been useing this microwave from making popcorn to making quesadias, hotdogs, and lasangia. the instuctions on the panel are easy to understand.up to now we have not had any issues the microwave.
