Perfect for what we needed

My last one was a Panasonic and it broke down several times, kept having to get it repaired so I wanted to go with a different brand this time. I paid a little more than I wanted to, but it went on sale right after my purchase and Best Buy honored their price match guarantee and gave me a credit for the difference! So, I’m very pleased with Best Buy’s customer service! This microwave beeps at you til you take your food or drink out of it, which is handy for me because I often forget I’ve put my tea in there! Overall it has all good the bells and whistles you need in a microwave. I’m happy with the purchase.

It keeps my coffee warm, it heats up my soup quite well and look classy. Whereas I have only had it about a year, it does get frequent use.

We have used it moderately for the past several months. We have seen that there are ghost numbers on the keypad and that the keys are sometimes not sensitive to touch.
