GE Microwave Unit works well

About 3 weeks in to using the unit it quite working on a 3rd consecutive heating of a dish-total blackout. After about 5-10 minutes, it powered up again. I could not find out the reason for the 'blackout' or why it powered up again. Best Buy directed me to GE. GE customer service has not gotten back to me with an explanation.

Had a convenient strength/power button to lower the intensity of the microwave but overall fantastic product. A little bit bigger than expect but drill a good fit.

Okay for the Price

We have used it moderately for the past several months. We have seen that there are ghost numbers on the keypad and that the keys are sometimes not sensitive to touch.

This was the best value and in stock close by. Only thing is I wish it had a soften/melt button like my other one.
