One minor complaint is that it's a little less efficient on space than our previous one -- its interior space is the same as the old one, but the outside dimensions are bigger. Not a huge deal as it fit in the space we had.

The only thing I would say against it is the readability of the function labels. The letters/ words are faint against the black, difficult for my aunt to read. This was a gift for her 92nd birthday, and we had to make a cheat sheet for her to use it.

The day after my return period ended, it won't run for more than 8 mins without overheating and shutting itself off. I suspect it's even giving me headaches when I use it. When it was working, it was okay. I use timers a lot when I cook and it's annoying that the timer alarm keeps beeping until you touch it. It won't just stop beeping after a few mins like every timer ever.
