The keys are hard to see in low light, especially if you wear reading glasses and don't have them with you.

One minor complaint is that it's a little less efficient on space than our previous one -- its interior space is the same as the old one, but the outside dimensions are bigger. Not a huge deal as it fit in the space we had.
