Once home microwave was light enough to load onto counter, took packaging apart, lifted out microwave, took additional inside packaging apart and plugged it in. Keypad easy to follow and unit started right away. Works great and no issues to date, the inside light was not as bright as my last microwave, but for the price no complaints.

It has cooking features that cook the food to temperature based on what you put in. I used the dinner plate feature and everything was heated all the way not just the top.

There was a loose screw rattling in the bottom that would get stuck in the mechanism that made the turntable go around. The noise was unbelievable. Took it back to Best Buy and they exchanged for another one no problem. The 2nd one has been good so far. Have had it for about a month. However the sensor settings are not very good. The potatos are over done and the popcorn button sometimes burns and other times under cooks for the same size bag. Description lacked some details from GE for example the sides and top are black not silver as the description said. As this is a countertop microwave this is important. Overall it is ok.

Broke a dish, burned food, the first time using it. Better now that I am use to it and just use the time cooking cycle. Need a small booklet with clear instruction about each cycle. I stop and check it, if cycle seems too long. Great on pot pies.
