I have used this microwave since it came in and it has worked perfectly. it is now Feb. 23 and I have not had a bit of problems with it. GE is a very good brand to have. I love it. thank you Lowes and GE for having and making them. Check this out and buy one you will not be sorry, I know I did and we love it,

The buttons are difficult to see and it is not intuitive at all. After having this foe a long time, we still have trouble remembering which buttons to press to use the specific cook time function. A plus is, however, the automatic minute cook time, whereby you simply have to press a button to cook the whole number minutes up to 7, I believe. But any other cook time, I still have issues!!!!

Make sure when putting microwavable food in you use half the time the package tells you unless the package gives instructions on a 1500 watt microwave.
