The first one the door wouldn’t close properly, so we had to return it. The second one rattles when running (likely the fan isn’t secured properly). Contacted GE about that one and since they don’t repair microwaves, they authorized us to buy a new one. Unfortunately, I can’t find any other microwaves in this price range that match the cubic feet and have a narrower depth. Our microwave cabinet space is t deep enough to accommodate most countertop microwaves unless you want to sacrifice cubic feet. So….here’s to another purchase - perhaps 3 times will the the charm. Either way - one star due to poor construction/inspection during production.

The controls are basically the same which minimizes the learning curve. The capacity in a bit larger. This unit looks great and does the job well. The new sensor controls are an added benefit. So far no burned popcorn. Nice Unit.
