Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has more minus than plus, but it does cook the food, so the basics are there. - the option/number console is already peeling where we press it, less than a month. - Beverage and other options don' show count-down as they cook - Timer, when it finished, doesn't stop beeping until you actually stop it + cooks the food + Timer operation is nice. It doesn't stop when you try to cook something in the middle of the timer cycle. Timer continue to count in the background.

Posted .Hi - Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your new microwave. We're sorry to hear the membrane is peeling on the control panel. Please check and make sure this is not a protective film that was applied to the control panel to protect it during shipping. This type of film is meant to be removed once you're ready to begin using the microwave. If this is not a protective film and the actual membrane is peeling, we would recommend calling 1-800-432-2737 to have this resolved under the one year warranty. --
This model offers a number of sensor-cooking features such as Beverage, Dinner Plate, Popcorn, Potato, Reheat, Vegetables. These functions utilize a sensor that detects a burst of steam from the food as it heats and then determines at what power level and the amount of remaining cooking time needed. Since it is not a "timed" function, it will not display the time counting down like you have when using Time Cook. The Timer feature does indeed continue to beep to remind you the timed period you entered has ended. We are sorry you find this to be inconvenient. Your comments will be shared with our product team. This one has several good features that are different from our old microwave. The amount of power is good, Our old one was larger and more powerful, but the power on this one is better than others of the same size. We like the popcorn button best.
