Does the job with good capacity for the price. However, it needs a lot of ventilation space to avoid overheat safety feature.

I am on my third purchase of the same model because I bought a trim kit that fits this microwave and is more expensive than the microwave. The microwave works for about 2 years then the inner paint wears off and you need to get a new one.

It does what it’s supposed to do. I just bought it. If the thing breaks I’ll change my review. But I had one similar my old house and it was great.

Replacement for the same microwave that lasted 2 years (that was the replacement for a similar one that lasted 8 years) Hope this one makes it longer. Recommend with reservations.

So far so good. It’s only been a few weeks but I’m happy. The sales assistant was great. I was in a rush and he pointed me in the correct direction I wanted to go regarding the purchase. Got me checked out super fast. You could’ve gone any better.

I can't say much regarding the negatives. But I wished it had a numerical pad that lights in the dark.

It’s been just 5 months that we bought this microwave. It’s already giving us trouble. The glass plate makes a lot of noise while it’s ON. It kind of scares us that it might break anytime. I will reach Best Buy to know if there can be anything done. Looking forward for solution. Not as expected..we had GE for years before this and that was too good. I regret not getting same model again.

This is a great value! It's big and powerful. My only complaint is that it gets a little warm on the outside and make a "spinning down" noise when you cook for a long time...

This is a very nice microwave. It appears to be solid and the number pad is convenient. I purchased this for a rental home as I have a similar model in my home that has lasted for at least 10 years. I'm hoping this new one will function for many years to come.

1 year and 3 months after purchase, a few of the button lights would stay on and the microwave would be completely unresponsive - no other buttons worked. A couple of times unplugging and plugging it back in made it work temporarily, but it would lock up again the same way. Eventually, it just quit working. Upon original purchase, we were led to believe the protection plan covered replacement, which was important to us, because we use our microwave daily. Best Buy refused replacement and sent it off for repair - they can't tell me how long it will take. As it stands, we're without a microwave for an undisclosed period of time. Its being shipped and banged around. We paid for a new microwave - after 1 year and 3 months, the best we can hope for is a refurbished unit we can't trust, with future shipping for repairs ahead of us. The protection plan is a gimmick to get more money out of you, because it only protects Best Buy and GE repeatedly dragging out the replacement process. We will never buy from Best Buy again. As far as GE goes, maybe this was a rarity of very poor quality - we don't know. There's no excuse for the underhanded tactics Best Buy uses to address problems like this. They have our money, and they have our microwave. BUY THE WAY, IT'S A CLEARANCE SPECIAL NOW.

Good product. Was a little scepticle of the microwave, but so far so good. I would suggest getting warranty.

This microwave is fantastic!! This is the only microwave, that I have ever used, that defrost correctly. No cooked food and the item is still cold at the end of the cycle. The reheat function, works well also!

Not as easy to use. I have given spent time giving my tutoring on the how to.

Our 20+ year old microwave finally started failing so we decided to get a new microwave. This one met our budget and we are happy with it so far. Still getting used to all the different settings, but we do like it.

This Microwave does everything I wanted. My Micro broke and I needed one quickly. and Best Buy is my go to .

Good microwave but stopped working only after a few months. Luckily I bought the protection plan, brought it back to the store and it was replaced, no questions asked

This is our second one and it's great so far. Highly recommend for someone not looking to spend a huge amount. Great ROI.
