But between the booklet and the info that is on the inside, I've been able to figure out how to use it.

The only thing I did not like is it was sent Postal service. Very unwieldy bringing it home when UPS or Fedex would have brought it to my door.

The various power levels are especially helpful when heating cold meals from the refrigerator often eliminating a messy clean up.

Large interior and powerful so that reheating is quick and it matches the power rating for cooking recommendations.

No concerns except I did not realize this model was deeper than my old unit. Still fits in the designated space, but barely. Check the specs on all machines before you order.
