It still ran great, but the inside ceiling of it was peeling. I stuck with GE because I think they're dependable. I love my new microwave!

We only use this microwave for popcorn and heating up rice. GE refuses to service or replace it, the warranty is a lie! They wanted us to buy a new microwave instead for the same price out of our own pocket and offers to reimburse it SIX MONTHS after the new microwave was purchased. They wanted us to send the new receipt to them via priority mail (again out of our own pocket) so they can process the reimbursement. The time that takes us to send back and forth the receipt and for them to give us a reimbursement cert takes about 6 months minimum to a year! Is this a joke? The hassle of going back and forth to the post office and taking day offs just to do this (not everyone has a job that you can easily take off willynilly) have me flabbergasted. SAVE YOURSELF THE MENTAL STRESS AND HASSLE! AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COST! DO NOT BUY!!!
