This one is quieter, powerful, good sensor, good light. No sound control (to turn off beeps). Hope it lasts as long as the old one.

The old microwave was outdated without the rotating device. Now it takes less time and heats up the food evenly.

On the machine is there are short instructions. It say to read the paper instructions for more detail. The paper instructions are the same so you did not learn anything new to help.

When it was delivered and hired a tech to install, the door spring ended up being broken. We returned it and purchased the 2.2 Panasonic. Best Buy is a great company if purchasing small or big home a ppliances.
