It is so easy to use! And love that it has a under cabinet light. We have just had it one month but we love it so far!

Called Bestbuy support and they wanted me to uninstall and bring to Geek Squad. So i called GE directly and they sent tech to repair circuit board.

My only problem is due to my arthritic fingers having difficulties pushing the soft tabs hard enough for my choices to register on the Microwave,

I purchased the installation package and that was the best part. Best Buy contracted with "Appliance Installers company" and the installer did an EXCELLENT job. Very quick, perfect installation, uninstalled old microwave and hauled it away.
