We really needed a microwave owrs went out on us we look around you guys where the only one that had owr size and a good price

We love this microwave. The turn table failed after a day. I contacted GE and was able to set up an appointment through one of their repair shops. They contacted me very quickly and were out fast and fixed the problem as fast as they could even having to wait on parts. GE also contacted to make sure everything was handled to my satisfaction. The service was excellent and will for sure but GE appliances in the future.

I have ordered this microwave 3-4 times for different condos I manage and it is fantastic. Easy install, great price, no complaints at all!

We replaced another over the range microwave. We could not get it to fit until we realized there was a new hanger attached to the back of the microwave. It cooks well. The range light is bright. The biggest drawback is that one cannot read the control buttons in dim light. The lettering is light on black, but not visible without the full overhead light turned on.

Very happy with my choice of this "mid-level" GE microwave! It has all the features I cared about - one-touch cooking, competent fan, convenient light placement, and the right form factor to replace my old microwave - without anything flashy or unnecessary. I did a fair amount of research, but some unexpectedly-nice bonuses have been the very-readable display (can tell time across the room now!), and a much-less-obscured stovetop because this microwave isn't nearly as deep as its more-expensive cousins.

Great microwave, easy enough to install on my own. Only lost three fingers during the install process. Cooks foods good

Replaced a unit in which the control pad failed. Searched for something of similar dimensions so as to avoid the space issues. This lined up quite well, though did need to drill new support holes. Outside of this, the microwave works great; may even be slightly more powerful. Bonus was many of the keys were in a similar location. Stove lights are very bright, which has been helpful for seeing our stove more easily. Price to value can't be beat!
