We like it because it is similar to the one we already had and knew that the holes to secure the oven would be easier for us to install. What I don't like is that fact that when reheating small items for 30 seconds the item ends up too far in the back of the oven when it is done, like coffee. There are some ovens that always end up close to the front no matter how long/short it is microwaved. For the price it was good.

Spacious over the range microwave with powerful two speed exhaust fan and adequate lighting. Prefer a push button open vs. a handle, but overall good quality for a great price.

This model isn't fancy, but it includes the most-used features such as a revolving turntable, vent fan, and light, all at an affordable price. At 1.6 cu. ft., it's or the smaller side, but adequate for most tasks unless you do a lot of heavy cooking by microwave. It does everything I ask it to do, and being smaller than the 1.9 cu. ft. GE Profile model that it replaced, it doesn't crowd the cooking surface of the range underneath.

We are redoing our kitchen. We had the same model GE over the range micro wave that was about 6 years old As long as everything else was being replaced we decided to put in this new microwave. It is noticeably quieter than the G E we replaced. Easy to use. Really easy to install.

Great microwave easy tonise and fits perfectly over my stove.

When my Maytag microwave died after nearly 19 years (yeah, no kidding), I naturally decided to replace it with another Maytag. It was a big mistake because it was actually much bigger than the measurements in the specs, it was noisy and inconsistent in operation. I knew this within 24 hours and arranged for the return. That meant I had to go on a hunt for a new one. I finally settled on this GE over-the-range microwave. Now let me sing its praises. The size is exactly as expected. It fits perfectly over my range without being overwhelming. It has a handle to open and the many features (express cook, add 30 seconds, time cook) though more than I am used to all turned out to be great. I actually LOVE this microwave. There will be no returning this one!

Easy installation directions very clear very nice upgrade to our current Older microwave. Very sleek modern design with a larger interior and larger turntable. Excellent choice based on price ease of use and installation.

I was in need of a replacement microwave for over my stove because my other one had stopped heating. After searching Best Buy website I came across this one it was a perfect fit and a great price. I made the purchase and chose to pick it up in store the next day. After getting it home I began to install it and had minor issues with the template as I needed to re drill new holes. Took a little time to get it in place but once everything was drilled it was pretty quick. This microwave has plenty of room and is very quiet when operating. Cant beat it for the price. Well worth it.

Finally got it installed on 13 July 2020. It is easy to install but 2 people are needed to do the uninstall of the old one & the install of the new one. This one replaces the older model (same Manufacturer). The design of the door on this one is slightly different so it touches the cabinet door about 1/64 on an inch. Needed to install the hanging bracket and drill new holes through the cabinet above the microwave It took just under 1 hour from unpacking & complete install. It operates much like the older model, but keypad buttons are in different locations. When doing Express Cook, Keys 1 through 6, there is a slight delay when pressing the start button. I operates exactly like its' predecessor model. And for the cost of the unit I am very happy with it.

Have had this Microwave just a few months and so far we are pleased. Easy Install, Great Cooking, and Good Venting. The door is a little clunky with plastic catches so be careful and the Control panel needs to be back lighted. All and All....Have to give it an Excellent rating.

Was easy to install and works great. The staff was very helpful in picking out this unit. I wanted a GE to replace my old GE model and this was the recommended one.

A good, solid but very basic microwave. Doesn’t have any significant Convenience Cooking functions beyond Popcorn and Potato. The unit has a hollow sound when closing the door and the vent is pretty loud. It was inexpensive and fit the opening. It was easy to install but too bad every brand has a different wall bracket and upper cabinet hole locations.

The unit delivered was noticibly different from the one in the showroom. I had one of this model for years and then it broke when someone accidentally put a metal cup in the microwave. I wanted to replace it with one just like it. The one in the showroom was exactly like the one I had - same model number too. The one that was delivered also had the same model number except was very different. It was cheaply made and seemed to have no or very little insulation - very loud, door very light weight. The two small, incandescent lights underneath the orignal model had been replaced with one small hallogen bulb. The bulb was dim and produced so much heat that I nearly burnt my hand on the floor of the microwave after the light had been on for only 30 minutes. There were other cosmetic changes as well. I was so dissappointed in the numberous changes that cheapend the product that I sent it back and bought the Whilpool microwave. GE made so many changes that they should have given it a new model number and the old model in in the showroom should have been replaced with the new one.

I gave up some features from my old one it's hard to see the panel to set cook time in dim light it is a good microwave for normal use price was right

This microwave works well and the buttons are easy to figure out without having to break out the manual. If you leave time on the clock, it will flash "FOOD" after a while which is a little jarring when making a fridge raid for my midnight snacks. This microwave meets all my expectations but didn't blow me away in any way. It's a great performer for the price and well worth it for me.

Love my new GE microwave. Easy to use, looks great! Good value on the budget too!

I replaced my old microwave with this GE microwave because of the additional features, easy to use, white color to match my existing kitchen appliances and easy to install - fit right into the existing built-in cabinet space.

My microwave “ broke”.. Now discontinued. Read this was a suitable replacement. Best Buy had the best price. So easy to order then pick up. Staff friendly & helpful.

This microwave was easy to install and competitively priced. I was even able to pick it up the same day which made it even more desirable! It's easy to use and looks great! Thank you Best Buy for stocking products!
