I finally replaced my old 2004 microwave with this GE Over-the-Range Microwave, and the difference is incredible! This one is fast, easy to use, and operates smoothly. The convenience cooking controls make reheating and cooking super simple, and everything heats up evenly. Installation was straightforward, and for the price, this is an excellent deal. It looks great in my kitchen and works perfectly.

This is the one that was suggested to replace our old microwave that quit. Installation was super easy (thanks to replacing old one)! Found little bubbles after a few days of use on the panel... Checked and thank goodness a film wasn't removed! Everything is perfect.

I researched numerous otr microwaves prior to purchase. I had a GE that was old and wasn't heating properly. I love the shortcut keys on this one. Also, it is very quiet. Also like the fact that it does NOT have the vented thing going on at the very top like the old one. Stylish, easy to use. Good value for the price.

Has all the features we need because our old one died. Really like the fact it has a surface light as some did not and wanted to keep that feature. Buttons are kind of stiff. Although large inside the turntable is a bit small and you can toggle the turning feature on and off. That was a plus.

If you want a nice looking unit and don't need all the bells and whistles this is a great option for the price.

Easy to install with 2 people. Has a good amount of features for the price. The vent fan could do a better job of getting rid of smoke/fumes but that seems to be the case on all over the range microwaves. The ability to turn off the turntable is nice when you have a large/oblong dish.

For some reason, I go through a lot of microwaves I had this one for a while. It came with a warranty and replaced the last one very happy with this product. Thank you again Best Buy.

Our old GE microwave broke, so i scanned the QR code in the old one and this one is the newest version. We're very happy with it. So nice to use it after using a small old counter top one for over a year.

I wasn't sure I would be happy with the item, but it turned out to be a good choice. Excellent features and quiet.

Replaced an older model of the same make and model. Pleased overall with performance and build quality. Sensitivity of the touch pad is much less than the old model so has taken some time to get use to. Original model lasted 8 years, though we did pop a lot of popcorn, which is not recommended by many reviewers. Also, we mainly used the burner under the control panel in the stove below without turning on the exhaust fan, also not recommended. We are being more careful with the new model and hope that it will last at least the predicted 10 years, hopefully longer. We had it installed by Best Buy, will not do this again due to a bad experience with their contracted installer.
