    So we’ve had this micro wave just about two years and sadly, it’s kind of a disappointment. It wasn’t the cheapest option but maybe a year into owning it we noticed the sounds turn on and off randomly-not good if you’re using the timer and it’s silent. And it also doesn’t always warm up food for awhile. Again, it’s just here and there and we never know when but we tried to spend some money so we would have something decent for a long time and eliminate excess trash in the world but it really isn’t great.

      For this model, the vent fan will automatically start when using any cooking cycle on the Microwave and will operate during the entire cooking cycle. If your microwave runs but is not heating, there could be one of many components that is not working properly. Please make sure the “Timer” function was not inadvertently used. Also check to ensure the door is closed securely; open the door and close it firmly.     This model felt really nice at first. But beware the faulty fuse! If you open the door before the microwave is done cooking it shorts out the entire system. This started happening after about a year... well out of Best Buy's warranty period. You then have to remove the front and top vent in order to replace the fuse. So infuriating. After searching message boards, I found out this is a common issue with this model which we didn't know before buying. Since we bought it we've changed the fuse at least 10 times and it still occurs. Major defect. Avoid buying this model if possible!
