    Product works fine. I purchased the installation package and that was the best part. Best Buy contracted with "Appliance Installers company" and the installer did an EXCELLENT job. Very quick, perfect installation, uninstalled old microwave and hauled it away.

    My first one had a dent in the side but took it back for another. The microwave is nice works well & installed easy. Wish there was a channel for the cord to run so you could mount snug to the overhead shelf.

    I am really happy with this new microwave! I wasnt sure if i would like the large size if it as my previous one was smaller, but it took me about a minute once installed to love it! Works great and is basic which is what i wanted. Very happy!
