Love it. Product is very quiet and works efficiently

Does what it should with ease. Nothing too special but covering most basic future. Looks the same as higher price models while many missing functions most if not all are not missed on a day to day. Not very easy to mount though.

GE 3160 1000 watt over-the-range microwave in white. Bought to match the range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It was on sale, checked 4 competitors and your price matched the lowest found. This unit had a good review in a leading consumer testing magazine. It had enough features and pre-programmed buttons. It works.

I’ve had a microwave similar to this one for 10 years, so when I moved and there wasn’t an over the range microwave, I knew I needed to get this one. It works great and does everything I need it to do.

Needed this model to fit the opening from my older version of this same model. Only issue was that the brackets for the new unit are different than the old so I had to remove old brackets and install new ones. Pain in the butt, but no problems.

Have only used it for a week, so I can only say so much. It is a basic unit and it works as expected so far. I chose GE, hoping that the mounting system would be the same as my last two GE units, but it was not the same. A new mounting plate and new holes in the upper cabinet had to be made for this one. My two previous GE units were purchased 13 and 6 years ago; the microwave is our most used appliance and they just don't last as long as they used to. The very first one we had lasted 12 years (it was not a GE brand, but I'm not sure it matters).

Selected this unit to replace a 15 year old GE unit that had given trouble free service. Simple to use... especially like the express cook option for fast dinner cooking. Install was straight forward. The exhaust vent appears to draw well. Attractive finish .

This microwave is performing well. We had to replace a Samsung one we had for about 5 years. We went with a GE because if the company's reputation and the value for the price.

Microwave great. Fits in where it has to go fine. Installers did a great job installing and taking the old one out and disposing it. Alex--who came out and measured was wonderful to work with. I am now a cheerleader for Best Buy

I needed a new microwave and I wanted one in stainless. When I went there the gentleman that was in that section if I needed help. I showed him par of the model number and he knew the exact one I wanted. His personality was spot on, his knowledge was amazing and he called someone to take it to the register and it was all taken care of in approximately 10-15 minutes. Every Best Buy needs a guy like that.

This is my second GE Microwave, It works great, looks great and a good addition to my kitchen.

Great microwave lots of features if I could just make a suggestion if you can afford the one with the touchless non fingerprint one didn't buy that one that one's worth it. The install was a nightmare only because I had to take the old one down

This replaces the microwave we had for about 8-10 years. It is the same size and updated model. it operates exactly the same.

Easy to install and works great. It is the same size, but much lighter than our old 2011 GE model.

I love it!! It was a great buy, and I'm getting used to some minor differences in it and my previous microwave which was 11 years old.
