A basic microwave. Easy to open and close one handed. Has common convenience cooking buttons such as popcorn and reheat. Good power level as it cooks in allotted time recommendations of frozen items. Has rotating turntable with ability to turn it off.

Good microwave. 1000 watt cooks/warms as quickly as the GE 1700 watt it replaced. Nice suprise. Only reason we replaced it is because door switch failed a second time.

« Open box - excellent » shouldn’t describe an over-the-range microwave without ANY hardware (brackets, screws, templates), a turntable, or instructions. It’s NOT sellable - let alone « excellent ». When returning it the store manager was sullen (probably because I interrupted his hanging out with the guys at the entrance (also had to interrupt their chat to ask them to move so I could roll the cart into the store)). He never said hello, welcome, sorry, etc - just looked angry and typed on and on leaving me standing there not knowing what he was doing or why. Was he looking for a replacement? Was he changing it to « unsellable » status? I didn’t know until I’d been standing there in silence for several minutes. The female team member was very polite and nice - but this manager has been promoted above his abilities. I haven’t shopped BB much in years - and this confirms I’ll keep using the mail-order/delivery giant going forward.

I installed this microwave in my rental unit and I have had no complaints over the last year.

Decent microwave for the price. However. I noticed the lettering/writing on the control panel or keypad is not easy to read. It would be helpful if they used brighter/whiter lettering.

I installed this unit to replace an existing GE microwave that failed after many years.  This matches our other GE appliances and is a brand we trust.  I had just a few issues with this model. 1 - I was replacing a very similar GE microwave, yet GE insists on changing the mounting bracket and the location of the overhead mounting screws, requiring a much more labor-intensive installation.  Instead of being a 15 minute swap out, I had to remove the existing bracket and install the new bracket, drilling additional holes in the wall, and new holes had to be drilled in the overhead cabinet to accommodate the mounting screws, leaving the old holes in the cabinet.  I don't understand why GE makes it so complicated to replace an existing GE microwave. 2 - The buttons on the control panel seem to be a little harder to "push" than our previous model.  The old control panel required just a touch of the buttons, but these actually require a little push.3 - The location of the 30 second button is awkward, in the middle of the other command buttons.  The 30 second button is the most used button and should be located at the bottom of the control panel where it is easy to find! 4 - The time display is white and the time display on our matching stove is green.  Not a big deal, but when you walk into the kitchen at night, it looks strange. Otherwise, this is a good microwave.

After 3 days of use I am pleased with this microwave. Installer was excellent...professional in time management...explaining this new machine to me ...checking to see all was well before his departure.

For the price, you cannot beat this microwave. It’s quiet, efficient and the exhaust is pretty strong. Lots of “speed” buttons that makes things a little easier when microwaving. For the price, you just can’t get a better microwave or deal.

Great product and simple to operate. Standard size that fit right into my cabinets without any struggle. Durable housing and handle that won't break or crack with shape and how it is attached to the door. Love the price.

This was a great purchase from Best Buy. Old old microwave burned out after 18 years. This one is perfect for us and the installers from Best Buy were the best! They were clean and did not leave a mess in my home as I have experienced in the past with other companies.

If you need an over the stove microwave, this one is wonderful. This is our second time purchasing this model, both for remodeled kitchens. Easy to use, responsive and looks good installed. Have never had a problem with either one we purchased.

I previously had a GE microwave; in fact, I had it for 21 years without having any problems. I only bought a new one to match my new stainless appliances. Luckily, I was able to find the same size microwave as my previous one. Great delivery men!

Installation went without a hitch. The microwave works fine and wad a replacement for one of similar model.

Has been working perfectly for a month and a half and was easy to install since I previously had a GE so it used the same mounting bracket.

Best Buy professional crew arrived to mount my granddaughter microwave after I tried and wasn't able too. The 2- gentleman was able to mount the microwave in 20 minutes and was perfectly installed. Showed my granddaughter hoe to used it and answered all her questions!

Microwave works well looks great! The delivery was not acceptable supposed to call before coming time given 130p-4. Came at 12n of course i was not home!
