The microwave is so easy to use and the finishing touch to my kitchen all my appliances match !! And its perfect size my previous one was a little low... close to the stove area this one is PERFECT ! and I love GE all my appliances are GE

I finally broke down and bought something that made an additional 2-3 square feet of counter top available for food preparation! As well as freeing up kitchen counter space this Microwave replaced the kitchen ventilator fan, now it really gets rid of kitchen odors rather than spreading them around! The GE over range micowave has been reliable, and easy to use, as well as being inexpensive.

Purchased for our home and very happy, it has worked very well easy to use.

This is a great basic microwave from a trusted name brand. My appliance professional and my handyman told me to get GE or Whirlpool appliances only. This microwave looks nice, works well, and was an incredible value. It doesn’t have a ton of bells and whistles but I didn’t need anything super fancy that I’d never use. I would go back and make this purchase again and again. Very happy especially for the price just over $200

We replaced a much older model by the same manufacturer. This new model has a larger capacity and still fits in the same space and has a modern look and more features. We are totally satisfied.

Easy to install, easy to use, sleek, and quiet. Great step up from the dinosaur we were using, even better that it fell in our price range.

Unfortunately, I let the warranty lapse and the numerical display starting acting up. I felt it was worth replacing for the discounted $199 price which was about $50 less than the last GE like product. Works fine. No complaints.

Completely functional, works exactly as it should without a single issue. After it was finally installed, the fit was perfect over our stove. Delivery and installation was the absolute worst. The guys that delivered could speak very little english. They continuously tried to ask if I had any wall anchors, screws, and other parts and tools. They wanted to leave for home depot. But then found the parts they needed in the box and there truck. They were trying to figure out how to install this over the range. It was clear to me that this was there first install. It took them hours and the mess they left behind looked like a bomb went off. It took us days to clean up all the plaster, wood and other materials off the stove, counters and floors. None of this is an exaggeration. Honestly I can't believe this happened. We will never order anything from BestBuy that requires delivery and installation again. Absolutely never.

Microwave has adequate features and is user friendly. It performed well until it started to fail just 3 months past the warranty end date. Item Installed 5/31/23. Sound panel began to fail on 9/1/25. Total tech extended warranty is misleading as it states the purchase is covered for an additional 24 months. However, according to C/S Rep. the warranty is only extended for 12 months beyond the manufacturers 12 month warranty. The 24 month extended warranty only applies to APPLE products. One Star Rating based on the fact that we as consumers should not have to be replacing appliances every two years, and if that is what things are coming to, then the microwave should have been priced at $50.00 to $75.00. Very disappointed with GE...They used to build quality products.

This is your typical, form and function over the range Microwave oven. As the oven seems to work properly I have two things I don't care about. One, The white LED is so bright, and I guess that's better than it being to dim, you have no problem seeing your way thru the Kitchen at night, LOL. The touch pad is far beyond TOUCH, you have to press pretty hard to get the function buttons to do anything. Now, I have arthritis but had no problem entering time and so on on my old microwave. I have to bend my finger and use my knuckle to enter anything on this panel.

This replaced a Samsung that stopped working and was only 5 yrs old. This GE works very well, looks good, nice features.

Purchased this for a rental property - Installed by best buy - tenant is very happy with this unit and reports it works really well. The controls are simple and easy... they use the manual mode a lot, just select the time and hit start. It's quiet, heats food really well and warms their cream in the morning for their coffee. They drink soup a lot in the winter and say that this microwave makes it really easy to prepare. Would definitely purchase this again.

Works well. Love the Slate color. Wish the control panel had larger/brighter numbers. Good price. Have had GE appliances in the past and they were very dependable.
