    Great microwave! Needed a replacement for my old GE that broke. Set up was okay, just wish the mounting holes on top matched the original because I had to drill new holes in my cabinet to mount this one. Very quiet, love that.

    Functionally, works good. Was a little disappointed in the surface light...halogen instead of LED. Not very bright and gets hot. Otherwise, satisfactory appliance for the price.

    Liked my older one better! It was a GE and purchased from you. The door sounds tinny and loud when it shuts, the panel for selecting time does not light up…., can’t read the numbers cuz they are black. Takes longer to heat up/cook items in 30 second mode…and other numbers selected…set on 10. Would like to replace if I could.

The Sales Associate knew what I needed and met my expectations! the delivery and installation was way beyond my expectations! the microwave works great!     Purchased this unit to replace a 15 year old GE model. While this is a basic unit, it works well and looks good. Biggest surprise is how much better the under unit (stove top) lighting is. This model really lights up the stove top below, rather than the wall behind like the previous model did. Very pleased!

    Over the counter microwave nearly identical to the one we had for 4 years. That microwave was still going but this one was as cheap as replacing the handle we had broken off the previous one. Seems to be quieter and working great just like our last one.

    Didn't want to have to learn a new microwave when ours died so I looked online and found the same one. Best Buy had the best price and we were able to pick it up the same day. Didn't even need new mounting hardware--bracket was exactly the same. And it's working just fine.

    Very happy with purchase. I replaced a Kenmore that began having door switch issues. Sounds can be muted, power level is easily selected, and I was able to use same mounting hardware. I recommend to anyone considering.
