I’m still getting used to my new microwave. but so far, it heats quickly and does so much faster than my older microwave did. A very good value!

So far so good no complaints yet they could do better on manufacture warranty tho it’s only parts and labor warranty not the entire microwave as a unit that’s covered.

This is a decent microwave but if I knew how difficult it is to read the keypad in dim light, I would have chosen another appliance with backlighting or at least greater contrast.

Works very well. We bought the stove and the microwave set. It looks good in the kitchen. The stove Burner Grate discolored very fast. The oven gets too hot and make the kitchen and the house very hot. Microwave gets hot when the oven is on.

We replaced our 15 year old GE over the range microwave hoping the brackets would be the same. As it turned out we had to use the new mounting bracket and drill new holes to mount the top of the microwave. Extra work and if it last 15 years I would be very happy!

Similar to the 10 year old GE model we replaced. This control buttons on this one are arranged a little differently. The door handle on this model feels much less substantial than on the old model.

The microwave was on sale The color is perfect to match our appliances The wait was long(3 weeks) but that was for the Geek Squad to fit us in their schedule Service was superb, great communication, promptness and expertice and expedience (polite also)

Installed pretty easy, Works as expected but lets see if it lasts longer than 2 years as I had to replace this same microwave after just 18 months.

This is my third GE microwave in 14 years. The handles have broken 3 times and the door cracked from bottom up this last time. I have only replaced the microwave with the same GE as it fits the locations.

Replacing the old over-the-range microwave was a bit daunting but with the help of a friend it went smoothly. So far the new micro works well. Since the old one was an Amana and the company that makes the GE is the same there was an easy learning curve to figure out how to use the new one.

Met the 4 star rating or above for microwaves. Did not want too many bells and whistles. Has all the necessary things like a timer, a light, quick buttons for 30 seconds, 1 - 6 minutes, defrost, reheat and power level selection. It came in white, which I needed. Works great.

great model had all the functions we needed, had it installed and fitted in approximately 45 mins. you do need an extra person to hold against at certain times

Appliance great, store experience horrible. I have written letters to Best Buy execs about this store and zero response.

This microwave is a decent microwave for the price. The product has a cheap feel when you use the touch pad and the plastics seem to be low quality compared to the previous GE Microwave I had in the same price range. Plus they moved the install bolts which mean more drilling in the cabinet where the old one was located.

Not easy installation, had to use BestBuy installation service.

Works as advertised. This is my second one of the same model that we had for 3 years. It never failed to work but It failed after a lighting strike that also took out a tv and assorted other electrical items.

Love the Microwave I wouldn't change it for anything

The exhaust vent seems weak. Maybe I didn’t do it right. The touchpad doesn’t let you put in 66 seconds or 1 min 10 for example without tapping time cook. The first 6 numbers are all preset. I’ll get used to it, but it’s not intuitive

The Ge microwave is a great appliance for my new remodel kitchen. I purchased this item at a great low price on sale.The microwave perform great when you heat up your food,making popcorn etc.I will recommend this microwave to anyone
