We bought this microwave to replace a GE profile that lasted 12 years

This is my second one. The handle broke off the first one after a year. To replace handle would have cost $120-handle $35/nut (x2). So $200 bucks. So, I ordered a new one for the same price. I love the popcorn button - works great

This is a newer unit of what I had before, there are some improvements but the buttons were moved around so it will require getting use to. The removal of the front vent from the old design is much needed improvement overall excellent and affordable unit.

It looks nice and was a good price. The only complaint is that the buttons are a little hard to push.

The micro was just what I needed! The price was comparable to Lowe’s. Delivery date was postponed for 4 days. The technician was absolutely wonderful and also cleaned up after himself. Best experience, best price, and the Best Buy!!!!!

Nearly three years ago I bought this same model and at not even three years old it began to blow fuses. I replaced quite a few, but they continued to blow them, even when the door was opened. Even though the reviews were awful on this model, indicating a design flaw, I bought it again due to the low sale price and the fact that the framework to install it was already on the my kitchen wall. I do like the features it has and I purchased a three year warranty from Best Buy.

This microwave oven was bought to replace an old, inoperable Kenmore and also so that we would have the best match to the GE range we bought, and we weren't disappointed. The controls are fine, as good as any other microwave. The light is bright for working on the stove top, and doubles as a suitable night light. Vent works well. Was able to install myself with minor trouble. I wish these manufacturers would standardize the power cord placement and the wall brackets so that replacement is far easier, as they all seem to be different.

Easy to install. Looks great and cooks food evenly

It's just an O.K. microwave. Leaves some to be desired.

Replaced my 16 yr old GE micro with this new one , so far so good , miss a few features of the old one ( ex timer for night light ) however overall pretty satisfied , Don't think it will last as long as the older one ( Planned obsolence)

This microwave makes have an oven almost obsolete. It can handle all types of cooking, large dishes and small. I’ve actually bought this one a few time for various design projects

This was one of those times I made the mistake of buying online rather than in store and basing my decision on reviews Best Buy included in their ad. Total mistake. It is flimsy and not well made. Quality is the worst I have ever seen. The door does not close, it slams and can be heard next door. Pure metal to metal contact. Just awful. Catch 22. I can return it but that's a money losing option because I lose the $100+ I paid to have it installed and then will need to pay again to have the replacement installed. I'm saving you from making my mistake.

This was supposed to be a brand new "open box" unit in excellent NEW condition. After an expensive installation (more than the price of the microwave), I saw a dent on the bottom of the door, and worse it is broken. It wont cook unless you open and close the door twice to reset the electronics (or else no button works and keeps flashing the word "food,") which is beyond frustrating. I would return it but I do not want to pay for installation again. This product was incorrectly labeled and has severe electronic issues. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I took off 1 star because they changed the location of the buttons. Also to reheat items, too many options - harder to decide. The add 30 seconds button is really a good feature.

When I purchased this microwave, I was asked if I had a plug for power and said yes. However, I was not asked if the outlet was above the microwave in a cabinet. It would have been helpful to know that I had to have the outlet in the cabinet above.
