This is our second JVM3160RFSS. The first one died after 4 years - The fuse blew; replacement fuses blew, and then the breaker started tripping. Reading online, there is an issue with the door. With this one, we purchased the 5 year warranty, and now press pause, before opening the door, if the oven is still on. So far so good, after two months. We'll see what happens...

It works exactly as I expected it to! I'm back into rewarming our food!

For the money it is hands down the best microwave i have owned. Cooking is even and heats fast. We vented it outside and the fan works great. We make a lot of fish and it gets the smells out.

product was available as advertised. customer service from clerk was excellent, however I ha to wait almost 20 minutes.

Great microwave for the price. We need pretty much just the basics. Only drawback is door is very light and closes "cheaply", like it is going to come off the hinges.

We purchased the same manufacturer, hoping the installation would be easier. Wrong. The back plate and cabinet holes all had to be redone. What should have been a 30 minute installation turned into over an hour. Be aware.

Parents microwave went out needed a CC replacement and Best Buy had a white one in stock. Bonus. They love it and it’s a better newer version

Overall good experience with purchasing microwave from Best Buy. We used their installation services which was well worth it. The installer put it up in under 30 minutes.

I really like the defrost option. I did hamburger and it didn’t cook it and I did ice cream too

This is a great low-end replacement Microwave. Nothing fancy, but does the job well. A bit noisy when running but heats things in a timely/proper manner. The door closing noise is pretty loud, but that isn't a very big deal.

Had the microwave in stock, brought it home, set it up,and used it the next morning. Works perfectly.

It's an OK microwave, I like the shape of the microwave but it's loud when it operates.

My husband and friend decided to replace this themselves it was a little more difficult than I thought. The motor had to be switched around the template was not the same as the one that was on the wall which was the same microwave only nine years old but all in all it's good

My prior microwave was a "better" model which is not longer available (either Monogram of Profile?). I would have purchased a "higher" level BUT i needed the color Bisque...so it will have to do! If i could, I would NEVER AGAIN purchase a GE product as GE is now part of a Chinese conglomerate! Disgusting!

I really like the over-the-range microwave; however, it was more difficult to install it than advertised. If I had the chance to do it over again, I’d upgrade my purchase to include installation.

Great microwave for the price! The preset convenience cooking settings for things like popcorn are nice.

I love my new microwave. The lighted features are bright and easy to read. I don't understand why the handle is not one smooth piece. The seem in the handle is going to be hard to keep clean.

Overall.. Very good microwave. The digits on the screen are very brite. Hard to read at times. Otherwise enjoying the unit and all of it's many functions

Pretty standard microwave. Heats well and is quiet when doing so. Door is a little loud opening and closing which can be annoying for late night snacks. But overall it's a good working and looking unit.
