I do not have a vent outside so this is set up following the instructions. Im getting whats like grease all over my cabinets and ceiling above this microwave and have to take off the cover to scrub grease off the vents. I dont even cook greasy food. I rarely use my microwave because of how annoying the grease is

We've only had it for a few weeks..my only complaint is that the stainless steel shows fingerprints and smudges but I think that's the nature of SS appliances.

The first microwave I got was damaged had to come back to replace. It was replaced in a couple of weeks. No problems after that.

Purchased this because it matched our other appliances, but am not thrilled with it. Am hoping it at least lasts beyond the warranty. Best Buy installed. Adequate job but found it odd the service man said he couldn't wipe his fingerprints off the face after he installed it because he didn't have the proper towel.

The popcorn button doesn't work on this one and asks me to input how many ounces the bag is. I finally figured out my bags are 3.29 ounces, and that is not an option for the microwave. They are standard size bags and that should be the default option, like with all other microwaves. Also the table seems to get stuck constantly when its spinning and it makes a bumping noise constantly

I haven't yet tried some of the operations/buttons I haven't named.

We recommend disconnecting the microwave from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting, to reset it. Information about what to try when the microwave is running but not heating is available in an article on our GE Appliances website titled "Microwave - Runs But Does Not Heat"; that can be viewed when you look up the title and click the 'Support' tab. Troubleshooting is also available on page 18 of the manual, which can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number, go to the product's page and view the 'Owner Support' section.
