New unit is great, fan is noticeably quieter than previous one, and appears to cook somewhat more evenly! Good decision!

HATE the buttons. cannot see them in limited lighting and hard to see for me in regular lighting. crappy design. it works but i wouldn’t be sad if it broke so i had a reason to replace it.

At least four times the handles have broken after the warranty expires, and it is cheaper to buy a new microwave oven on sale than the repair costs plus labor for fixing the broken handles. I think this is a product defect the manufactuer should address.

Best Buy, however, would not take the old one for recycling since we opted to install the new one ourselves. This was very disappointing, particularly since when we called to inquire, we were told they would.
