    The old microwave finally gave out. We found that is the upgrade on that same model. Very similar all around with nice upgrades on the control panel.

    I had some issue removing front grill to install charcoal filter. otherwise all good. Called the number provided but, they were no help.

    The only downside is the color of the numbers at night. They are hard to read in low lighting. Otherwise this was a great purchase!

    It works fine but there’s an odd noise during operation. The vent fan is quieter than my old model, still GE.

    Consumer report gave this item a good rating and installation was a breeze. Only shortfall is the control is not back-lit. I really miss that in my previous microwave.

    Old microwave stopped heating. Bought this one, it fit right back in the above the oven. Didn't have to alter anything. Works great.

    Was a great microwave. Easy to install above the range, under the counter. Used to be very quiet, but after 18 months. it's pretty loud and sounds like the motor for the turning try is slipping or having an issue. :( Looks like will need to replace it again.

    Works as expected but has some issues with the filter size. They fall out when the door is slammed shut. A little it of thermal tape will do the trick.

    Works great but I wish it came with a manual instead of having to print one.The other problem it prints in Spanish first and then in English,which is not right.English is the language of this country,so it should be first.

    I had a GE before and loved it. This model is slightly different, but works as well. Like that it doesn't have vent in the front to clean.
