    if you're in the market for a OTR microwave and you don't want all the silly sensor cooking features then you can't beat the price

    The only complaint was that we had to drill new holes in the cabinet to accommodate placement of screws during install.

    Bought a microwave and got it home and realized the employee gave me the wrong color. Not happy about having to go back . But then customer service took care of the rest.

    For a basic over the range microwave it is ideal however I expected a back lit panel like my previous one. It does not have an auto times surface light either.

    Works great, much better than my old one, looks much nicer too with a more efficient fan. Food cooks much faster as well. Hopefully it lasts as long as my last one (9+years)

    Purchased after ours shorted out. Everything work fine. I'd rather have one that doesn't default to Express Cooking. To get a specific time, you have to press another button for cook time and then enter the number of seconds and/or minutes. It's also the kind of stainless steel finish that shows fingerprints more readily. Otherwise, it does what it's supposed to.

    Good basic microwave. The fan is a little loud but it doesn’t bother me. I like that the light has two levels.
