    Difficult to assign a star rating because the delivered unit did not work. The installers did a fine job but because of the defective unit, I went back to Best Buy and purchased a different model. If it worked, I could probably have recommended this GE.

    It makes noise every time we use it. The vent automatically turns on even when using for 15 secs. I couldn’t find a way to turn it off. This is the only drawback otherwise works well.

    No issues yet. It's a little small (necessary for the space I have) and basic but that's what you'll get at the $200 price range.

    Seems good so far. Trust GE brand. Replaced LG which failed in less than 3 years. Not as big inside as LG, but more size not needed.

    I should have checked my measurements a second time because the new unit is .25 inch larger and doesn't fit precisely on the existing bracket.

    I am not reviewing the actual Microwave. I am reviewing the overall Bestbuy experience. I have ordered the appliance twice and have not received it yet. It has been over six weeks since the first order. Delivery dates have come and gone. At the store they could not figure out why the first unit was delayed and cancelled the order and placed it again since the system would provide a NEW delivery date. That date has been missed also.
