I am a big fan of the express time feature (I'm lazy) and appreciate the two fan speeds and two light intensity settings. The installation was straightforward with the included template and clear instruction.

I'm having to replace it again because this one LED is not working correctly, and it goes out if you use it too many times. Not a good microwave.

You cannot read the front panel buttons. The lettering is so dim/dark you are always guessing and struggling on reading them ( minute, timer and power etc.). You need a flash light just to read them - even in the day time. 2. The user interface design for the buttons is like a much cheaper system. If you want a power of 5 you have to press the power button 6 times to get to 5. If you want to set a time that is not one of the preset times you have to press Time Cook and then enter your time and press start. All the extra steps make the system tedious. My past microwaves were far easier to use. 3. The one light inside the unit is quite dim and the food is not well lit so you find it difficult to check on food when it is running. I wouldn't purchase this again.
