From start to finish my online purchase went flawlessly, the pick went smoothly as well, when I brought it home I was afraid it wouldn't fit properly, well their measurements as specified was spot on, it fit like a glove and our microwave is incredible, for once I really think I got more bang for my bucks, thank you!

Easy to install. Easy to use. Great features! GREAT PRICE! Installed in 30 minutes max. Did not even remove the old bottom support tabs that were already mounted on the wall from the 15 year old model that this one replaced. Needed to trim the left tab with tin snips, however. BEST BUY has me hooked. Their delivery was great and they hauled away my old appliances no problem.

We purchased this microwave to replace one that was barely 3 years old. Hopefully this one will last longer than that. Overall the design and function are great. We got it on sale so that was a plus too. It is fairly quiet and my handy husband installed with minimal effort. We did buy online pick up in store and it was great.

The GE microwave fit as expected. However the holes did not match up on top for my older GE microwave but I made it work fine. Great value for anyone.

I love it! I never had a timer on the microwave before and it really comes in handy when cooking several things at once. I also love the one touch buttons for 1 minute and 30 seconds. It’s quite and nice looking. It’s way better than my last Samsung microwave.

Installation instructions were not easy to follow but installation was completed after making some adjustments in the process. The unit when installed looks great operates quietly and works as expected. Best of all the price of the GE microwave was significantly less than the Kenmore unit it replaced when purchased in 2010.

I needed a microwave because mine died and I didn't get this one until months later. I checked Consumers and they rated this one as the best.. Best Buy had the BEST price for it. I went to the store, ordered the microwave and it was delivered a few days later as told to me by the salesperson. It was delivered by Fed/Ex. I'm very happy with the microwave, but as mentioned above the door is very tight, maybe it should be.

Great microwave. Easy to use, easy to install. Great purchase. When you install, make sure to change the fan direction in the back to match your config. I had to remove it and change it which wasn't too big a deal. A+ unit.

So far, this unit is performing up to my needs and expectations.

First GE microwave lasted 17 years, second one lasted 3 years (beyond totally disappointed). Replacement was installed a little over 2 weeks ago (keep going with GE because of color match options), and it was horribly noisy, grilles missing at the front top of door, and microwave was venting out of the intake and into the kitchen, and the 13.5 inch turntable (per GE specs) was 12 inches. Best Buy customer service was awesome and reordered the microwave. Installation crew came 2 days ago and removed the microwave that was installed 2 weeks ago and showed us - those installers hadn’t aligned the exhaust with the vent, bent the exhaust door so it wouldn’t open, resulting in the air venting out the intake and horrible noise. The crew that came 2 days ago was awesome, installed the unit correctly and demonstrated that it works properly. This unit has the grilled, has a 13.5 inch turntable, is quiet, and works properly.

I find the panel of numbers and prompts nearly impossible to read. I always need my eye glasses, as they are so faint. I didn't see it on "the floor", so was not aware it's so reflective. I can't send photo this way. Tnx for asking. I do appreciate the one press of numbers I need.
