    If this oven is on more than three minutes it starts to make a groaning, buzzing sound. From decades in IT and around electronics this sounds like bad caps or power supply in a unit that is only a month old. Not happy and I wish I'd bought another brand. We'll see if I can get a replacement or repair.

    Broke after 15 months only. Not recommended.

    Broke down after 14 months of use. So disappointed. It was working fine then suddenly after 14 months . Then vent turned on by itself touch pad not working and it microwave is very hot without any use.

    Horrible experience, microwave was missing bracket and screws, installation was scheduled 3-4 times, brackets were never delivered, finally ended up returning back to best buy. Worse customer service experience as these department don't talk to each other

    Get extended warranty, mine started tripping my circuit breaker after a year and a month, just missed the 1 year warranty mark.

    Was using my microwave and it turned off without warning. Check breaker and power to the outlet everything is fine.

    absolute junk. I knew taking it out of the box it was flimsy and cheap. It died in 90 days. GE support makes repairs beyond difficult to the point you just throw it out and buy something else that's NOT GE.

    The time display is too small and close together, very difficult to read time. Also I saw a print of this and the numbers were green, which is the color I want. They are blinding white on the one I got.

This model's clock display is not designed to have a space between the numbers and colon, so the numbers are indeed closer together than with some other models. Regarding the color, the pictures on our GE website show the model with both a white light display and green light display; we regret that you didn't receive the color you were wanting, and are dissatisfied with the microwave's display.     Quit working after 3 weeks. Best Buy sent me to manufacture who gave me a whole new level of the run around. Still find it hard to believe all of this nonsense over a microwave.

    Stopped working after 42 days, called for a repair, going to be 5 or 6 days before they can schedule someone to come over to look at it, meanwhile I have purchased a counter top microwave, until they can fix or repair it, so 8 am out another 62 dollars

    Had this microwave two years and it just started tripping the circuit every time I use it. It would be $200 to repair when the microwave only cost me $200 to purchase. I will be buying a new microwave and it will not be GE.
