The microwave is great for the price . Easy to use and quiet.

I bought this microwave at a very discounted price. easy overhead install need 2 people (the bulk not the weight) runs quieter than most. it does what requested by the keypad I am good with it.

We love this microwave. It has great features like turning the turntable off so I can defrost large packages, and having up to six minutes on the express keys. Also love that I can put my cup of coffee in for 30 seconds and it ends up in the exact spot so I can just grab it (our last one was not consistent). Great value for a low price!

Associate planned to give me a dented and torn box that looked repackaged. I said I won't accept this one because inventory showed 5 pieces in stock. He wasn't happy about going back and getting me a better looking carton. As for the microwave, I'm hoping to get at least 5 years out of it. The same previous model lasted 6 1/2 years. I had a Panasonic Microwave prior to purchasing GE and that one gave me 16 wonderful years of service. Engineers are now hired to make new units fail right after the warranty expires. This is the new norm. Get ready for it. That's all I can say.

Very solid microwave. No complaints on function/time/install

We were definitely in need of a new microwave and initially very excited by the power and operation. However, after about a year, the light underneath stopped working. It’s not a matter of bulbs because we have replaced them. When it first started happening, the lights would come on underneath if you opened and closed the microwave door. Then stopped working altogether. We are now thinking that it has to do with the fact that it’s an over the range and perhaps steam from stovetop cooking has impacted the operation of the light. The microwave still works great for cooking food but disappointed that the light no longer works after mail short a period of time.

Bought as a replacement. Instructions were excellent. Installation was easy. Put into use immediately. No problems. Heats evenly. Only complaint is the display numerals seem a little too close. Otherwise, this is a very good microwave.

Great microwave easy to operate and fits perfectly with our kitchen appliances

I bought a Kitchenaid microwave that turned out to be a flush mount which meant it had no turntable. It managed to simultaneously undercook and burn things. Returned it for this one and I'm very happy. It's the same workhorse microwave GE has been making for the last 30 years and does exactly what it should.

Bought for my rental property. I like this model's form factor, the fact that it's a bit smaller and will fit in the small kitchen space, and price is right. Didn't want or need anything bigger. GE generally gets good reviews for appliances. Time will tell how it works out.

I brought this one because it was on sale and it was also a GE (sine we have a GE refrigerator.). I didn't know it had so many features. Its like an smart microwave. I love it. its so quiet when warming up food. .

Good budget Microwave. Was able to use the mounting bracket from the 16 year old GE profile convection microwave it replaced which made installation easier. Wish the keys where backlit but otherwise doesn't really lack any features I might like. Not loud and heats the food. All I really need.

I need a new microwave my old used one turntable broke. I wanted a stainless steel no rack inside and a great price. My new GE is roomy and stylish. It has simple push buttons that are easy to understand. Just what we wanted and easy to install.

This is a great microwave! My original microwave the exact same one lasted 19 years. The Best Buy service representative helped me complete the purchase through online chat. Very easy process and very polite. This microwave was going to another home I own in another state. The installation went so smoothly and the technician kept in contact with me . Very very pleased!!

I bought this microwave oven to replace a Samsung that stopped working. I was pleasantly surprise by the performance of that GE microwave. Silent and efficient. My wife and kids use it constantly and we're all satisfied.

Works great! Powerful, has all the button features I wanted (express time being number one). Easy to read keypad. Installation was fairly easy especially with its template.
